Today we have been told that we are in a recession, NO S**T Sherlock (like we didn't know). What took them so long to tell us? Well know that we know thanks to the FED I guess we can sleep better at night.

What the hell is wrong with the FED?

They should just shut up and keep things to there self's. Just like the AIG crap that just made me go NUTS. They can get 150 billion with no questions yet the big three can get a car loan (that's what it looks like compared to AIG's check) what the hell.

Well I just had to put my 3 cents in (inflation adds a penny) .

What a day to buy. See these are the days when everyone is selling and you should be buying. Take a look at what I bought today some AAPL, and some energy/coal which I like because they tend to just big after a down day.

I also shorted some C early which I covered late not much but its all called a gain. Took a look at GOOG I was going to buy some but I personally think it will drop some more this week.

I was looking a the steel stocks and X looks like it could be a good buy this week around 20 which I think it will hit. I'm going to wait on that one as well.

I bought some solar which I really think are scary but it's how you have to play the game.

I was going to buy some GS but the only thing is no one knows what the hell is going on there. No one comes out from GS and says what the hell is going on and try to relax investors. I guess they don't give two s***s. That's why I stay away from them.

We were due for this pull back after the 5 day rally and all should have took some profits last week. I did and some really good ones.

When we get big rallies like the past days on a down day try shorting through ETF's like

Look at these gains unreal and you don't have to buy a day before, in the morning you see that we are having a sell off buy some and you sell at the end of the day. You have to be a day trader to make money in this market
